我校为贯彻实施教育部《推进共建“一带一路”教育行动计划》，抓住“一带一路”战略契机，推进“一带一路”沿线国家语言生奖学金招生政策，现决定招收2018—2019学年“一带一路”沿线国家语言生奖学金生。该奖学金为全额奖学金，包含注册费、学费、基本教材费、住宿费、综合保险费等等。欢迎大家积极、踊跃报名。现将有关具体事宜通知如下：
一、招生名额：25名。
二、招生类别及留学期限：
“一带一路”沿线65个国家籍全日制语言生，留学期限为一学年。
三、申请材料：
1.国际学生有效普通护照复印件
2.《外国人体格检查记录》
3. 本人最高学历证明及成绩单
4. 无犯罪记录证明

from the Countries along “The Belt and Road” in Xiangtan University
In order to carry out and implement the Promotion of ‘the Belt and Road Initiative’ Education Action Program of Ministry of Education, to seize the strategic opportunity of ‘the Belt and Road Initiative’, and to advance the Admission Policy of language-learning students from countries along ‘the Belt and Road Initiative’, Xiangtan University decides to recruit language-learning students from countries along ‘the Belt and Road Initiative’ (2018-2019). The scholarship is full scholarship, including registration charges, tuition, basic fee for teaching material, accommodation, comprehensive premium and so on. Welcome to apply for Xiangtan University. The following is the details:

Hunan order to cultivate talented students of Chinese language and culture, Hunan Provincial Department of Education launches the scholarship program ,which provides full coverage on registration, tuition, textbooks, accommodation and comprehensive medical insurance expenses for One-Academic-Year Chinese language study students from the countries along “the Belt and Road”.
